2. Gates will open at 6.00pm. Entry will be via Corelli’s Gate and the Whitehorse Street Gate. Ramp access to the event is available via Whitehorse Street. For security reasons, Corelli's Gate will be locked while the movie is being screened. Entry/exit between 7.45pm and 9.00pm will only be available via Whitehorse Street. Both gates will be opened at 9.00pm to allow a smooth exit from the event.

3. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the event by email from NHSPA P&C.

4. Tickets are required and will be checked on entry to event. All tickets are general admission (no reserved seating) and are valid for any adult (aged 16 or over) or child aged 5-15 years. Children 4 and under are free (ensure you add a Young Child ticket to your booking).

5. This is a P&C event, not a school event. There will be no teacher or school supervision at this event.

6. Adults must be responsible for children in their care. All children under 16 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult. At all times we request that all children are supervised by a responsible adult, including in the toilets. Unaccompanied children will be refused entry to the event.

7. The movie will be screened outdoors in the ECF playground. Please bring picnic rugs or floor seats for a comfortable viewing experience (or hire a bean bag when you buy a ticket). Camping chairs are permitted but we kindly ask you to sit towards the back or sides of the ECF so as not to obstruct the view of those seated on the ground.

8. Entry information: a QR coded ticket from TryBooking is required and will be scanned on entry for admission. Please print your ticket or ensure you have your tickets available on your smartphone.

9. Food and Drink: some food and drink will be for sale on the night, including a BBQ, cake stall, popcorn and gelato. This may change based on volunteer availability and weather conditions. BYO food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted - NO GLASS.

10. Please note that this is an alcohol-free event. Any persons deemed to be intoxicated and/or acting in an offensive, threatening or abusive manner, will be required to leave the event immediately.

11. Cancellation and Refunds: Due to the event being a fundraiser with fixed costs, we are unable to offer refunds so please purchase carefully. We appreciate your understanding.

12. As an outdoor event, the Movie Night is subject to the elements and will go ahead in most weather conditions, including light, intermittent or potential rain. The weather forecast will be reviewed on the morning of Thursday 27 February 2025, and a decision to postpone may be made if the weather means our event cannot go ahead as planned e.g. heavy rain or strong winds.

13. If we are unable to show the movie, we will postpone the event to a future date with the same time and location. All tickets will be honoured for the new date. We will endeavour to find a date as soon as possible, however please note that this is dependent on the screen hire availability. Event postponement details will be advised by email as early as possible.

14. Entry acceptance: entry is at your own risk and we reserve the right to refuse entry.

15. We shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained entering or within the event – to the extent allowed by the law.
