COST
Summit costs $280 per child.
This includes all meals, accommodation and activities.
A discount is available for multiple children from one family. Subsidies are available for families who are unable to pay the full price. Please contact Mike if you need assistance.

DATES
Sunday 14 – Wednesday 17 April 2024.
Arrival at the site will be from 3:30PM on Sunday 14th April.
Summit will conclude at 1:00PM on Wednesday 17th April.

ACCOMMODATION
Summit will be held at Youthworks’ Wanawong site (11 Fifth Ave, Loftus NSW 2232)

TRANSPORT
We will travel to Summit by car and may require volunteer drivers on either Sunday
or Wednesday afternoon to help with transporting youth and luggage to and from Loftus.
If you are able to help – please let us know your availability on the Permission Note.
More details on transport will be sent out closer to the date.

WHAT TO BRING
Sleeping – sleeping bag, pillow, pyjamas
Clothes – Causal clothes, footwear, wet weather gear, a change of clothes and footwear that can get dirty/wet
Toiletries – toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, towel
Other – Bible, pen, drink bottle, torch, musical instrument (check car space)

NOTE: Luggage space in cars may be limited. Please try to pack all your things in one small bag. Ideally a sports bag, and no hard covered, big suitcases. Pillows and sleeping gear can be separate items.
