Ascent of the Tower to levels 3 (panorama) and 4 (observation deck) requires climbing steep ladders with handrails. Children under the age of 6 not admitted. Children 6 or over permitted with adult supervision. Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn. Binoculars and cameras welcome, but these should be slung around the neck, not held in the hand.
