Terms and Conditions for attending an event at Stawell Harness Racing Club Inc.

Ticket Purchase and Entry
1.1. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
1.2. All attendees must have a valid ticket for entry.

2. Conduct and Safety
2.1. All attendees must adhere to the instructions of event staff and security personnel.
2.2. Any behavior deemed to be disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful will result in immediate removal from the premises.
2.3. The event organizers and venue will not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft sustained by attendees.

3. Alcohol and Drug Policy
3.1. The sale and consumption of alcohol are subject to local licensing laws and regulations.
3.2. Any attendee found to be intoxicated or in possession of illegal substances will be removed from the premises and may be subject to legal action.

4. Health and Safety
4.1. All attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.
4.2. It is recommended that attendees bring ear protection due to the loud nature of the concert.

5. Photography and Recording
5.1. No professional photography or recording equipment is permitted without prior authorization from the event organizers.
5.2. Attendees may take photos or videos for personal use only, and are prohibited from obstructing the view of others.

6. Lost or Stolen Items
6.1. The event organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items during the event.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement
7.1. The event organizers reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or alter the concert due to unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund as per the event's refund policy.

8. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
8.1. All attendees must comply with local laws, regulations, and the policies of the Stawell Harness Racing Club Inc. during the event.
