1. Ticket Refund Policy:Tickets are non-refundable if cancellation occurs after 5:00 PM on May 12th, 2025. No exceptions will be made.
2. Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may privately on-sell or gift your ticket.
3. Name Changes: If a name change is required, please notify the event organiser at admin@fcpia.com.au as soon as possible to update the attendee details.
