TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TICKETS:

- You can get a refund on your ticket within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours No refunds or transfers are available unless the event is cancelled or date is moved.
- Name or ticket upgrade:
       1. Can be requested up to 72hours of the event (Sunday before midnight). Request will be reviewed depending on tickets status.
       2. A difference in price for eg. (if you paid $225 and event is now $275 you will pay $50). 
3. An admin fee of $25 will be charged.
- Trybooking will email you a ticket or an email confirmation - No paper ticket will be sent out.
- Must show a valid ID card with name supplied at booking to collect your festival pass at the event reception. 
- You can only upgrade your ticket eg. Party Pass to Full Pass. No downgrading allowed. 
- If event date is moved, refunds will be available for a limited time and/or at discretion of the organisers.
