General Information
Tickets can be purchased via Try Booking web platform, or Box Office app.
• $5 for 1 raffle ticket
• Participants can enter multiple times.
• Participants can win multiple prizes.
• There is no age limit for entering the raffle.
• The raffle tickets will be numbered consecutively.
• Prize is not transferable, or exchangeable for money.
The purpose of this raffle is to fundraise for the Moree Public P&C, part of our mission as the Moree Public School's P&C Association is to work in partnership with the Principal and the community to promote the interests of the school. Your contribution to the 'Supporting the now, paving the future' Long Lunch Raffle would allow opportunities for the P&C to support in some of the following areas; inclusive playground upgrades, excursions and sporting team travel, school support programs, proposed kitchen facilities in the auditorium to enhance school and community events and much more. 100% of profit from this event will go directly supporting now and future students of Moree Public School.

Dates
Open: Ticket sales open at 9:00am AEST Monday 17th Feb 2025.
Close: In person cash ticket sales close at 2pm AEST Friday 28th Feb 2025 and ticket sales through Try Booking close at 2:50 pm AEST on Saturday 1st March 2025.
Draw: The raffle will be drawn on Saturday 1st March 2025 at 3:30pm AEST.

Raffle Draw
The raffle will be drawn at Moree Race Club, by the School Vice Principal or nominated representative.
All purchased tickets will be put into a draw for a prize, with winners selected by lucky dip by a random number generator.
Proof of purchase or ID must be available for a prize winner to claim their prize.

Announcement of Winning Tickets
The winners will be announced on the day of the draw and notified by Monday 16th Feb via phone call if not in attendance at the draw.
The prize winner information will be published on the Moree Public School P&C Long Lunch Facebook page on Monday 3rd March.
The winner(s) agree to the use of their name in social media announcements relating to the raffle.
Prize Collection
The prizes can only be collected at the Long Lunch 1st March 2025 (Moree Race Club) or by prior arrangement at Furniture Zone, 20 Balo St Moree NSW 2400 in person, during business hours. The P&C will not organise to post a prize.
Disputes
The P&C will take email submissions for disputes to moreepublicpandc@yahoo.com.au Disputes will be discussed and recorded during the proceeding P&C Meeting and held on record, and the outcome notified to the person submitting a dispute.
Unclaimed Prizes
Winner must acknowledge their win within 7 days. Unclaimed prize will be redrawn after 7 days from the remaining tickets. Prizes may be donated back to the P&C for use in future fundraising events.
Organiser
The organiser of this raffle is the Moree Public School P&C Long Lunch subcommitee.
Moree Public School Parents and Citizens ABN
15962688246 is a registered charity with the ACNC. We are registered as a not for profit incorporated association.
All funds raised will go to Moree Public School P&C who fundraise on behalf of Moree Public School.
By entering the raffle the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If these Terms and Conditions are changed, the changes will be made available on our social media platforms.
These terms and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Government Lottery, as per the Community Gaming Act. Further information can be found at Justice Connect.
