**Terms and Conditions**

By completing the form and paying your deposit, you acknowledge and accept that this event is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, tickets may be transferred to another person. Please contact the organiser to arrange a transfer.

All instalments must be paid by the specified due dates. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the payment plan, and the full outstanding amount will become payable within 7 days. If instalments are not paid on time, you will forfeit any assistance with on-selling your ticket.

The no-interest payment plan is provided to help make the event more affordable and accessible by allowing payments to be spread over the year. This is also why the event is non-refundable, so please consider your commitment carefully before proceeding.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
