In the event of a government directive to cancel or postpone the games (for any reason, including COVID-19), the GVG Organising Committee (OC) will consider rescheduling or cancellation of the games.

Where appropriate, the OC consider reimbursement of fees where possible. Any reimbursement of fees is at the entire discretion of the OC and will take into account the many expenses incurred in running the games prior to making any decision.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
