The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 – Ticket Terms and Conditions
By purchasing or using a ticket for The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 (the "Event"), you (the "Ticket Holder") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Restriction
This event is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. All Ticket Holders must present a valid government-issued identification (ID) at the entrance to verify their age. Tickets are non-transferable to individuals under the age of 18. Entry will be refused to anyone unable to provide valid ID.
2. Ticket Validity
A valid ticket must be presented for entry to The Dance Abysss: Edition 3. Tickets are only valid for the specific date and time of the Event purchased.
The Ticket Holder must ensure that their ticket is not lost, stolen, or damaged. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Ticket holders must ensure that their name and details are correct at the time of purchase.
3. Event Entry
Entry to The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 will be granted only to individuals whose names match the information provided during ticket purchase.
All Ticket Holders are subject to security screening upon entry. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for inappropriate behavior or violation of venue rules.
Admission is subject to capacity. Tickets do not guarantee immediate entry, and the venue may implement waiting times or delay entry based on crowd size.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets for The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organisers. If the event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new event date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable, you may request a refund within the specified time period after the reschedule announcement.
5. Event Conduct
The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, harassment, illegal substances, and any other disruptive or illegal behaviour. Individuals violating these policies will be removed from the venue without refund and may face legal action.
The use of illegal substances is prohibited. Anyone caught possessing or using illegal substances will be removed and may be subject to arrest.
6. Liability
The venue, its employees, and event organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property while attending The Dance Abysss: Edition 3.
By purchasing a ticket, the Ticket Holder assumes all risks related to their attendance, including but not limited to any potential health risks.
7. Photography and Recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded and agree that your likeness may be used in future promotional materials.
8. Alcohol and Beverage Policy
The venue serves alcoholic beverages only to individuals aged 18 and above. Valid identification must be presented to purchase alcohol.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas of the venue. The venue reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated individuals.
9. Dress Code
The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 enforces a dress code. The Ticket Holder agrees to adhere to the dress code guidelines set forth by the venue. The venue reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the dress code.
10. Force Majeure
The venue and event organisers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The venue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to review these terms periodically.
12. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket for The Dance Abysss: Edition 3 and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
