Terms and conditions:
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. Only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Refunds are available until ticket sales close for the event. After the closing date, tickets are non-refundable.
5. If the Organiser cancels the Event (either wholly or partially) due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as acts of God, extreme weather, bushfires, war, council or government rulings or decisions, actions or decisions of the police or other authorities, refunds will be at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
6. If the Event is postponed to a later date, ticket holders will have the option to transfer their tickets to the new date.
7. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
8. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
9. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
10. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises, and will not be eligible for a refund
11. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
12. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting events@murrayriver.nsw.gov.au
