1. Booking Payment: The Client shall make a one-off booking fee in full as per set advertising price via the booking website.
2. Refunds - If you need to cancel your session a 50% refund will be made. Refunds will not be available if less than 48hrs notice is given. Please email festive@briertybabes.com.au for support with booking and ticket queries, unfortunately we cannot manage these through DMs on Instagram.
3. One Booking Per Family: One ticket/session applies to your immediate family members being in the photo. If Clients would like to organize an extended family photo, friends' photo, or photo with more than their immediate family members, Clients will need to book two sessions to accommodate this.
4. Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographs shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client’s consent.
5. Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints.
6. Social Media: This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook, Instagram and blogs. When published online for personal use notification of photographer is required. Images are not to be used for Clients own personal Business use.
7. Failure to Perform: If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement then the Photographer shall return any funds previously paid to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement.
8. Briertybabes keeps client files for up to 2 years after the photography session, and is not liable for any claims after this period. All client files will be deleted, and backups will be purged after this period.
9. Liability: It is the client’s responsibility to take care of the children and or pets; Briertybabes Photography will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo session.
10. The Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view.
