Refund Policy – Concerts & Dinners at Sunshine Beach Surf Club
All ticket purchases for concerts and dinner events at Sunshine Beach Surf Club are final. Please carefully review the event details before making your purchase.
Cancellations & Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend.
If an event is cancelled by the Club, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered the option to:
Transfer their ticket to the new date, or
Request a full refund within 14 days of the reschedule notification.
Name Transfers:
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another person.
Please notify the Club at least 24 hours prior to the event with the new attendee’s details.
Special Circumstances:
Refund requests due to serious illness or emergency may be considered at the discretion of management. Documentation may be required.
