Participants and their family members are required to follow the Scout School Holiday Program Code of Conduct. Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct will result in the youth member being sent home, with no refund.

Refund Policy - refunds are only given if the Event Organisers cancel the event or in the case of significant illness where 1 weeks' notice is given, and a medical certificate is supplied.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
