1. Refunds will only be available if tickets have been purchased in error and where the error is immediately brought to the attention of the orchestra by replying to this email or where the concert is cancelled or you are unable to attend because of COVID19.
2. Refunds will be at the sole discretion of the orchestra management. Unless tickets have been issued incorrectly or COVID19 intervenes, requests for refunds will not be accepted on Concert Day.
3. If you are unable to attend the concert, you can of course pass the tickets onto a friend. Or if you donate the ticket back to the orchestra before the concert, we will treat it as a cash donation and issue an official receipt in the name of the ZMSO Donations Fund, which gives you a tax deduction.
4. Photographs, Audio recordings and Video recordings of the event are not permitted.
