Terms and Conditions  −  The Hive

By purchasing tickets to RB Corp. Instruction’s performance of The Hive on Sunday, April 13, 2025, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following. These Terms and Conditions may also be varied at any time without notice.

1. By purchasing this ticket you consent to the collection and use of your personal information to the Venue and public health officers upon request. The ticketing provider will not share contact information with any third party other than the relevant health authorities, and will not use the information for promotional purposes.
2. Tickets are only valid if purchased through TryBooking. If you received your ticket as a prize, gift, donation or otherwise for no cost, these Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the ticket/s.
3. Bookings are subject to availability. Tickets cannot be reserved.
4. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5. A transaction fee applies to each ticket purchase.
6. You, the customer, warrant that you have the authority to make payment for your ticket and that you own/hold or have express permission of the owner/holder of the credit card or other payment facility used to purchase the ticket/s.
7. Tickets will be issued in a digital, PDF format upon receipt of full payment to the ticket purchaser, and will be sent to this single email only. If the customer has purchased more than one ticket on someone’s behalf, it is the customer's responsibility to distribute the tickets accordingly. Patrons must either print their PDF ticket/s or ensure their ticket/s are available on their phones for scanning.
8. Patrons are responsible for having their ticket/s available on their phone or printed out with the barcode/s clearly visible for scanning at the door.
9. If tickets are lost, stolen, misplaced or destroyed, they may be resent upon request if enough notice is given. This may require proof of identity and purchase prior to issuing a replacement. If this request is not received within a reasonable time prior to the event, your request will automatically be denied.
10. For events in which patrons have selected their own seating, or if social distancing protocols change, it may be necessary for the Venue to move seating allocations to comply with current regulations at the time of the performance. Seating may also be reallocated in general at RB Corp. Instruction's discretion.
11. Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium or packaged, resold or otherwise offered for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes (including competitions) without written consent from RB Corp. Instruction. If a ticket is sold or used in contravention of this condition, the ticket may be seized or cancelled without refund or exchange and the bearer of the ticket may be denied admission.
12. RB Corp. Instruction may add, withdraw or substitute artists, vary advertised programs, performance times, Venue, seating arrangements or audience capacity. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded as a result of these changes.
13. If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated, the ticket provider will attempt to notify ticket holders of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation.
14. Refunds or exchange requests for any reason (i.e. change of mind, personal matters, illness, COVID-19, unforeseen circumstances etc.) will not be granted. Patrons will also not be reimbursed for auxiliary expenses (such as the cost of travel, car-parking, child-care and accommodation) or other consequential loss suffered in connection with your attendance or non-attendance at an event.
15. By attending this event you agree to the Venue’s terms of conditions of entry. Patrons must abide by all health protocols, and agree to follow the instructions of venue staff at all times. If patrons do not comply with protocols or authorised requests, you may be refused entry or required to leave the Venue without refund or further recourse.
16. RB Corp. Instruction or the Venue is not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of your attendance or non-attendance at the Venue and/or the event.
17. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult whilst at the Venue. This includes all bar areas where alcohol is served. Proof of age may be required by the Venue.
18. Patrons acknowledge that while the Venue has taken all reasonable health and safety precautions to keep the audience, staff and performers safe, patrons enter the Venue at their own risk without recourse to claim against the Venue or RB Corp. Instruction regarding health outcomes, injury or damage to you or your property.
19. The use of photographic or recording devices of any kind is not permitted, unless otherwise expressly permitted by the Venue. Bags and possessions may be inspected prior to admission.
