Juventus Academy Melbourne – School Holiday Clinic
Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Juventus Academy Melbourne School Holiday Clinic, participants and their parents/guardians agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation & Conduct

All participants must follow the instructions of Juventus Academy Melbourne coaches and staff.

Respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow players is expected at all times.
The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in misconduct or disruptive behavior, without eligibility for a refund.

2. Media Release

By registering, participants and their parents/guardians grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the clinic to be used for promotional and marketing purposes across official Juventus Academy Melbourne channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials.
If a participant wishes to opt out of media usage, a written request must be submitted prior to the start of the clinic.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the start of the clinic are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the clinic start date will be reviewed case by case and refunds will be at the sole discretion of Juventus Academy Melbourne.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for participants who leave the clinic once it has commenced.
If the clinic is canceled by Juventus Academy Melbourne due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), participants will be offered a rescheduled date or credit for future clinics.

4. Injury & Liability

Juventus Academy Melbourne and its associated venues (Club Italia Sporting Club and Freccia Azzurra Club) are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the clinic.
Parents/guardians acknowledge that football is a contact sport and accept the inherent risks involved.

Any existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of registration. Participants are responsible for bringing any necessary medications (e.g., asthma inhalers, EpiPens).

5. Weather Policy

Clinics will proceed in most weather conditions. However, in cases of severe weather, sessions may be modified, rescheduled, or postponed.
If sessions cannot be rescheduled, participants may receive a credit for future clinics at the discretion of Juventus Academy Melbourne.

6. Equipment & Attire

All participants must wear the official Juventus Academy Kit (jersey, shorts, and socks) during all sessions.

Shin guards and football boots are mandatory.


By completing the registration, participants and their parents/guardians acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
