BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This ticket is not transferable or refundable and only one ticket is valid per person.
2. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
3. Tickets are non-refundable except if the ticket holder is unwell with covid-19 or required to isolate as a close contact. In this circumstance, the ticket holder may be granted a full refund minus any booking fees. Proof may be requested by the Organiser.
4. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
5. If the event is cancelled, by the Event Organiser, due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund less any booking fees, will be issued to all patrons.
6. If the event is postponed or moved to a different date, ticket holders may request a refund, less any booking fees, or transfer to the new date.
7. Ticket holders cannot transfer their tickets to another guest without the approval of the event organiser.
8. Ticket holders who don’t attend due to being unwell may be granted a full refund if they provide a medical certificate. Or they may request with organisers to transfer the ticket to another person’s name so they can attend on their behalf.
9. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and not withstanding the above terms and conditions, is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com
10. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, High Kix Pty Ltd is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Kym Degenhart on info@bomfunk.com.au
11. There will be no refunds to latecomers.
12. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder may not be permitted entry.
13. Any data collected for this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
14. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
15. A transaction fee may apply to your ticket purchase. You will be notified of the applicable fee at the checkout.
16. No Food and beverages are included in this ticket. Please bring your own lunch/snacks.
THE VENUE:
The venue will comply with all directives given by NSW Health and Government in regard to Coronavirus protocols. In addition, we have taken measures to mitigate the risk of exposure to staff and customers by introducing procedures recommended by Safe Work Australia.
VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. You enter the Venue/Space at your own risk.
2. You understand that attendance at any event and/or the Venue may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury and damage to you or your property.
3. By attending the event and/or the Venue, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Venue. This includes damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other ticketholders, visitors, guests, and the employees of the Venue and the organiser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the venue and organiser are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of your attendance or non-attendance at the Venue and/or the event. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the venue and organiser is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
