1. General Information
1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all ticket purchases for Events organised by Restorative Educators Australia.
1.2. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Ticket Purchase and Payment
2.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation, Refunds, and Transfers
3.1. Cancellations by Attendee
If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must notify us in writing at lindanicol@restorativeeducatorsaus.onmicrosoft.com
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made under 72hours before the event.
3.2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will be valid for the new date, or a refund may be requested.
3.3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another individual if requested at least 2 days before the Event.
The new attendee’s details must be provided to lindanicol@restorativeeducatorsaus.onmicrosoft.com
4. Attendance and Participation
4.1. Attendees must comply with the Event Code of Conduct and all instructions from the Organizer.
4.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or stolen during the Event.
4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behavior without a refund.
5. Accessibility and Special Requirements
5.1. If you require special accommodations, please notify us at least 3 days before the Event.
5.2. The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility needs.
6. Photography and Media Consent
6.1. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
6.2. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff upon arrival.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. The Organizer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Event.
7.2. Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk.
By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
