1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. All attendees must follow event guidelines and respect organisers’ instructions.
3. The Vaishnav Sangh of Queensland is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the event.
4. Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
5. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.
6. Event schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
7. By attending, you consent to photography and videography for promotional use.
8. In case of bad weather, alternative arrangements will be communicated.
