At Freccia Azzurra, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests as best as possible. Please review our refund policy below before making a booking:
Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or transaction fees.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable due to catering, staffing, and preparation costs already incurred.
2. Ticket Transfers:
- If you are unable to attend an event and it is before the non-refundable period (prior to 72 hours from the event).
3. No-Show Policy:
- Guests who do not attend the event and have not requested a refund within the allowable period will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
4. Event Cancellations by the Venue:
- If Freccia Azzurra cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
