Participants must fill out and sign a MHP waiver form at clinic check-in either using a digital QR code or a paper form. All participants must fully comply with all instructions given to them by Kirsten Stoop and any Milfield Horse Park team members to ensure a safe environment. All care will be taken to ensure the safety of riders and horses, but Kirsten Stoop will NOT be held liable should you or your horse sustain an injury during participation in the clinic.
Participant cancellations: Refunds are only applicable if your booking is filled by another paying person. It is not the responsibility of Milfield Horse Park to find someone to pay for your clinic booking if you cancel or do not turn up on the day. Finding a suitable replacement for a cancelled clinic booking is the responsibility of the participant who is cancelling. Cancellations within 48 hours are completely non-refundable.
Organiser postponements or cancellations: If we have to postpone or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside our control (ie. illness/injury, weather, or government advice or directives you will be offered a transfer to another suitable date. On a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Milfield Horse Park, refunds (minus irrecoverable costs) refunds may be offered.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
