Event Information: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive communications regarding the Event, including updates and information, from the Event Organiser via email.

Health and Safety: By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating in the workshop at the academy. While KO Dance Academy will take all necessary precautions, it is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the workshop or while on the premises.

Media Consent: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to KO Dance Academy taking photographs and videos during the Event. You agree that these images or videos may be used and shared by KO Dance Academy in a respectful manner for promotional or educational purposes.

Refund and Credit Policy: Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. In the case of cancellation or an extreme situation, a full refund may be issued. Otherwise, if you are unable to attend, you may receive a credit for a future workshop, valid for up to 12 months from the original event date. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
