You agree to be an active participant in the Resistance men's gathering and to add value where you can. You declare that you want to be a man of Courage, Character and Conviction despite your past or any mistakes you may have made.

You also agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Resistance team, Safeheart Foundation , and Blood Brothers, their agents, volunteers, employees and contractors and subcontractors against any and all claims and actions arising out of the participation and involvement of yourself as a paid ticket holder to the Resistance men's Gathering and it's activities, including without limitation, Expenses, Judgements, fines, settlements and any other amounts actually and reasonably incurred in connection with any liability, suit, action, loss or damage arising or resulting from your participation in the activity.

You choose by your own free will to participate in The Resistance Men's Gathering and the organised activities hosted by the event organisers. You agree that any external activities that may arise outside of the advertised and organised Resistance men's gathering activities that may take place simultaneously with the running of the Resistance men's Gathering time frame that you choose to participate in, are at your own discretion, at your own risk and are by your own choice separate from any responsibility of the The Resistance team, Safeheart Foundation , and Blood Brothers, their agents, volunteers, employees and contractors and subcontractors and you agree to indemnify all aforesaid parties.
