Drivers reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger(s) if they are deemed intoxicated, aggressive, or a potential risk to others, including the driver

Should a passenger become aggressive during transit, the driver may request the offending individual to exit the vehicle or terminate the service immediately and call Police for assistance.

Food and drinks are permitted on the bus.
Please dispose of any rubbish in the provided garbage bin to keep the vehicle clean.
A $50 cleaning fee will apply for any excessive soiling of the vehicle.

Diggers Shuttle is not liable for lost or damaged belongings. Passengers are encouraged to monitor their belongings at all times.

A minimum of 10 tickets must be sold for the service to proceed. All ticket purchases will be fully refunded if this minimum is not met.
