Ticket holders are entitled to a full refund (excluding the 50c TryBooking fee) if they wish to withdraw from the event up until Saturday 31st May 2025. Following this time, no refunds will be available to those who choose to withdraw, except due to illness, injury or other extenuating circumstances. In the event that Adelaide Horn Days 2025 is postponed or cancelled for any reason, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund (excluding the 50c TryBooking fee). During this event, photographs may be taken by AHJ staff for upload to the Adelaide Horn Jam Facebook page, and potentially used to advertise future Adelaide Horn Day events or promote the Adelaide Horn Jam. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make this known to AHJ staff on arrival.
