WA Wildlife Fundraiser – Event Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Ticket Inclusions
Each ticket includes one hour of play in a competition format, two standard drinks and a shared food platter with your team. Additional food and beverages are available for purchase at the on-site bar and restaurant.

Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made in advance through the official WA Wildlife booking page.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
Tickets are non-transferable and only valid for the date and time specified on your booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), WA Wildlife will provide a rescheduled date or issue a full refund.

Participant Requirements

This event is open to participants aged 18 and over.
Responsible service of alcohol applies; participants may be asked for valid ID before receiving alcoholic beverages.
WA Wildlife and Outta Bounds Murdoch reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any participant deemed intoxicated or acting inappropriately.

Liability & Safety

All participants enter and play at their own risk. WA Wildlife and Outta Bounds Murdoch are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event.
Participants must follow all safety instructions and venue rules provided by Outta Bounds Murdoch staff.
Any damage to venue property caused by a participant will be the responsibility of the individual involved.

Photography & Media
By attending this event, participants consent to WA Wildlife taking photos/videos for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform staff upon arrival.

Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers and other attendees. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
