REFUNDS/RETURNS
- I do not refund tickets
- If you can't make it last minute, I get it, I've been there. Please pass your ticket onto someone else.
- These classes do tend to fill quickly so if you're having trouble finding someone to take your spot please TEXT me directly (0418768759). I will try to redirect it if I have at least 24 hours notice but I cannot guarantee.
- If you can't make it and want to pass the ticket to someone else, please let me know so I know who to expect is attending and to ensure they have the information they will have missed in the lead up.
- If 1 of your people can't make it - the same applies, please try and fill their spot or just bring a smaller group. The ticket is for UP TO 4 bodies - you might only have 2 in your family/group and that's no worries - OR you might come solo. Whatever you need.
DISCLAIMER
Participating in dance classes may involve risk of personal injury. Flashback Dance is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. Flashback Dance reserves the right to amend or cancel classes without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
LIABILITY WAIVER
1. I recognise that participating in Flashback Dance classes requires physical exertion that may cause injury. I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against the facilitators individually or otherwise, of Flashback Dance for damages, and injury that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes.
2. For new mums - I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a General Practitioner and Women’s Health Physiotherapist prior to and regarding my participation in the classes. I participate knowing that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent my participation in the classes.
3. I understand that it is my responsibility to advise the facilitator of any injuries, my post partum status or pregnancy so the class content can include suitable modifications.
4. I understand that bringing my baby/child/teen to Flashback Dance classes is my choice. I am responsible for my baby/child/teen and will exercise due care for my baby/child/teen’s safety at all times.
5. I acknowledge it is my choice to use a baby carrier to hold my baby while participating in Flashback Dance classes. I am responsible for my baby while he/she is inside the carrier and facilitators of Flashback Dance hold no liability or responsibility for any injuries to either party whilst wearing baby carrier.
6. I forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Flashback Dance for injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
7. I will not hold responsible/sue Flashback Dance facilitators for any injuries suffered by me caused whole or in part by my failure to follow the instructions of the facilitators or by any physical impairment of mine not fully disclosed to you in writing.
8. I understand that it is my responsibility to abide by the rules of the safe space plan* whereby practices will support a covid-safe premise.
MEDIA RELEASE
I consent and authorise Flashback Dance to use my image for photos and video footage for any publications, print, web design and social media. I authorise Flashback Dance to copy, edit, enhance, crop or otherwise alter any photo for use in publications. I also waive any rights for approval or inspection of any photos. I understand and agree that all photos are the property of Flashback Dance. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the photos.

- Please note that Flashback Dance accepts both vaccinated and unvaccinated participants. This is in accordance with the QLD Government COVID Safe Checklist—Unvaccinated staff and patrons permitted.
