By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive event-related communication via email from the Event Organiser.

This event is suitable for ages 11 and up. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on the day. All participants require identification.

What to bring:
Participants must wear closed-in shoes and bring photo ID (school ID is acceptable for under 18s). All other equipment and safety gear will be provided.

Safety first:
All attendees must follow safety instructions and directions from coaches and club officials at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

Weather policy:
In the event of cancellation due to bad weather or unsafe conditions, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule to a future event.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellations by participants made 7 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless due to extenuating circumstances and approved at the discretion of the Event Organiser.

Photography notice:
Photos may be taken on the day for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify a club official upon arrival.
