1. Payment
Full payment is required within 24 hours of registration.

2. Cancellation
A 25% non-refundable fee applies to all bookings to cover administrative costs associated with the booking.

For registrations cancelled on the day or up to four (4) weeks prior to the program starting a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

3. Refunds
If a participant is entitled to a refund, this will be processed at the end of the scheduled term.

4. Missed Classes
Refunds, transfers or make up sessions will not be offered for missed classes. If you are unable to make a class you can arrange with the Old Cheese Factory for someone to attend in your place.

5. Cancelled Classes
In the event that a class is cancelled by the Old Cheese Factory students will be notified via a text message or email and will be entitled to a full refund, transfer or credit.

6. Access
Access to the studio is strictly within the program hours. The studio will open to students at the start time of the program regardless if the facilitator is onsite.

7. Use of clay
Students will have unlimited access to earthenware and stoneware clay.

Pottery made at home or outside of our classes are not permitted in the program and will not be fired.

8. Equipment
All studio equipment must remain in the studio at all times. Participants may take any left over clay home at the end of the term but must source their own supplies.

9. Firing
All precautions are taken to ensure that your work is handled carefully and your work fires safely, but we do not make any guarantees of final results.

Ceramics is a volatile medium and occasionally mishaps occur.

10. End of term
All work must be removed from the studio at the end of the term. Any work left behind will be discarded.

In the event students still have clay at the end of term, they can take this home and any work created will be fired if returned to the Old Cheese Factory in the following term.
