Registrations are processed in order of receipt. Late or incomplete registrations will not be accepted or may be cancelled at a up to the commencement of the activity.

Booking cancellations or changes to the requested level will be allowed, subject to availability, proior to the booking close date.

By making a booking you agree that full payment must be made prior to the course date and such fee is not refundable. If the event is cancelled or posponed by the Air Activities Team, a partial refund will be provided or the scout may attend on the rescheduled date for the course flight.

By making a booking you permit your scout to participate and to take a flight in a light aircraft with the Scouts Victoria Air Activities Team. A simulator session may be substituted for the flight.

A Personal Information Record incorporating current health information must also be completed and provided on the day along with any relevant Heath Management Program
