Participant Code of Conduct Agreement
By Committing to this retreat you agree to the following Code of Conduct
* ITW events are a drug and substance free event.
* I will conduct myself in an acceptable manner at all times.
* I will treat other participants, staff and volunteers with respect at all times
* I will follow the directions of staff and volunteer at all times.
* I will lead by example.
* I will be accountable for my own actions at all times
* I will represent Into The Wild Adventures respectfully at all times
* I understand if i am not willing to comply with the above code of conduct my carers maybe asked to collect me and I may not be able to participate in further programs.
In the event of bad or unsafe weather, funds will be refunded.
24 Hours notice to be provided for change of mind circumstances.
By Accepting these terms and conditions, Parents/Guardians and Participants agree to the following waiver:
As parent and/or legal guardian, I remain legally responsible for any personal actions taken by the above named minor participant.
I agree on behalf of myself, my child named herein, or our heirs, successors and assigns, to hold harmless and defend the Organiser, Into the Wild adventures its officers, directors and agents, and any other representatives associated with the event, from any and all actions, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and all consequential damage arising from or in connection with my child attending the event or in connection with any illness or injury or cost of medical treatment in connection therewith, and I agree to compensate the Organiser, and Into the Wild adventures its officers, directors and agents, or representatives associated with the event for reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses arising therewith.
