By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

In the event that you cannot attend please contact the event organiser. Waitlisted guests will then be offered available tickets, if they are purchased, you will receive a refund for any resold tickets, minus a $20 administration fee per person.

Please note: Photography and video recordings may be used for media and promotional purposes.

Please supply dietary requirements when booking or by contacting the event organiser no later than 2pm Sunday 5th October.
