Terms and Conditions for Kids School Holiday Skate camp

1. Registration and Payment:
- Registration for the Skate camp is required in advance. Payment must be completed at the time of registration to secure your spot.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in the case of program cancellation by The Downtown Creative.

2. Liability Waiver:
- All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the program.

3. Program Schedule:
- The program may change daily with different activities. All skill levels are welcome.
4. Food and Drink Policy:
- No food or drink is allowed on the skating floor.

5. Item Policy:
- Any items such as bags, shoes, water bottles, etc., must be placed in cube shelves or kept off the skating floor.

6. Equipment:
- Participants may bring their own roller skates and protective gear. If you require skate hire, please indicate your shoe size by emailing us at info@thedowntown.au
- Please note that there is limited availability of protective gear. We recommend bringing your own if you are concerned for your childs safety.

7. Safety and Health:
- Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Extra protective gear (such as knee pads, elbow pads, and helmets) is recommended for personal safety.
- By participating in this program, you acknowledge that roller skating involves inherent risks and agree to assume all risks associated with your participation.

8. Changes and Cancellations:
- The Downtown Creative reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible.
- In the event of a program cancellation by The Downtown Creative, participants will receive a full refund.

9. Photography and Video:
- The Downtown Creative may take photographs or videos during the program for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to your image being used in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor.
