Prior registration for events is mandatory for members and non members. Minimal data is collected to enable member verification, communication for event and marketing purposes.

Refunds are discretionary and not guaranteed but may be provided where possible in the event that a person is unable to attend in exceptional circumstances less any costs/fees. Refunds are not possible when the branch is liable for a charge in relation to the members ticket for example including but not limited to when final numbers have been given to a venue and/or the branch is liable for costs associated with the members tickets). There will be no refund on any trybooking fees/processing fees/ticket fees/GST where applicable.

The branch allows resale of tickets to eligible members and guests. The branch may be able to assist with (but does not guarantee) reselling of a ticket. If a ticket is able to be resold prior to the event then a refund will be provided less any fees/costs.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
