I acknowledge and agree that Tanya Pearson Academy hereafter referred to as TPA, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage or other claim arising from or in any way connected to the attendance of my child/children at the TPA Workshops, including without limitation claims relating to personal injury, or the use and publication of photographs.

I consent to sending full payment prior to my child attending the TPA workshop. Payment is payable through PayPal or credit card paid via Trybooking.

I acknowledge that are no refunds in the event of cancellation unless for medical reasons.

I accept that TPA reserves the right to refuse admission to any person that presents a disciplinary problem to staff or a threat to the safety and well being of other children. Unacceptable language or bullying will under no circumstances be tolerated and will result in the child being removed from the workshop with no refund.

I acknowledge that my personal information will be stored in accordance with current privacy legislation. Credit card details are not held by TPA.

I consent to TPA taking photographs, video and digital recordings or any other visual or audio recordings of my child/children for the purposes of promotional use for TPA workshops. If you do not wish for you your child to be photographed or filmed for this purpose during the workshop please email in writing to management@tanyapearsonacademy.com.au.

TPA reserves the right to amend the timetable and studio allocation at any point in time for the benefit of the students dependant upon class sizes and numbers.

TPA has the right to group children in the age group they deem to be appropriate. I understand it is not always possible for children to be grouped with their friends.

I agree to pick my child up from the TPA studios no later than 4:00 pm.

Please note that no formal feedback will be provided by teachers to parents regarding any student at the end of the workshop week. No student will be assessed for TPA Part Time or Full Time programs unless this is requested prior and an Audition or Assessment Form completed.

The TPA workshop is a non-selective workshop and welcomes students from all schools.
