Terms and conditions
Below are the terms and conditions for enrolment into Rotary's Basic Car Maintenance courses. By enrolling into this course you will be agreeing to the below terms and conditions:
1. Your place within the course will not be confirmed until payment has been received Rotary.
2. Refunds are available at the discretion of the Event Organiser.
3. Your enrolment is non-refundable and/or non-transferable to any other course unless 48 hour’s notice was received prior to commencement date.
4. If the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances you will be provided with either a full refund or booking into the same course on a different date.
5. Any person who is disruptive, uncooperative or behaves in a manner which is deemed inappropriate will be asked to leave the premises and their enrolment will be terminated forfeiting their course fees.
6. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this program will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
9. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
