Consent, Disclaimer & Liability Waiver - Please read the following agreement carefully. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

I, the undersigned, voluntarily choose to participate in events organized by Shakti Global, including but not limited to indoor and outdoor activities, games, meals, and wellness or health-related workshops. I understand that participation is at my own discretion and risk. I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in the event and take full responsibility for my own well-being.

I acknowledge that Shakti Global, its team, volunteers, and partners and cannot assess my medical or emotional fitness. If I have any medical conditions, allergies (including food allergies), or emotional sensitivities, I understand it is my responsibility to manage them and/or refrain from participating. I agree not to consume any food or beverage that may trigger allergies or health issues. I also agree not to participate in any games or activities that may affect my physical or emotional state.

I understand that any information provided in Shakti Global’s health workshops is intended solely for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. I recognize that individual health conditions and needs vary, and I am encouraged to consult with my physician or a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to my diet, exercise routine, medications, or other health-related practices. I understand that advice given in these sessions may reflect personal practices and is not guaranteed to align with current scientific evidence. Shakti Global assumes no liability for any consequences resulting from the use or misuse of information presented during these workshops or sessions.

I further understand and accept that Shakti Global may take photographs or video recordings during the event for documentation, promotional, or marketing purposes, and I grant unrestricted rights for the organization to use my image and likeness across various media without any compensation or further consent.

I fully release and discharge Shakti Global, its founders, volunteers, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or legal actions arising out of or related to any injury, illness (including mental or emotional distress), allergic reaction, loss, or damages sustained during or related to the event.

Participation is entirely voluntary, and I reserve the right to refrain from any part of the event. However, by proceeding with this form and attending the event, I acknowledge that I understand and accept all terms above, and that I am responsible for my own safety, comfort, and health throughout the event.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
