MLX Refund Policy

TICKETS & PASSES
A full refund, less a $15 processing fee, will be provided if your pass is cancelled before 1 October 2025.
A 50% refund will be provided if your pass is cancelled on or between 1 October 2025 and 1 November 2025.
No refund will be given if your pass is cancelled on or after 1 November 2025.
Exceptional circumstances will be managed on a case by case basis. Please note, we do not consider minor illness and injury to be exceptional circumstances and recommend purchasing ticket insurance.

RESALE OF PASSES
Passes may be resold for an amount up to the price you paid for it, as long as the purchaser emails us at melb.lindy.exchange@gmail.com to acknowledge that they agree to these terms and conditions, including the Code of Conduct

Consumer protections
If we have to cancel MLX, we will refund your ticket price (minus booking fees). However, we are unable to refund any flights and accommodation you may have purchased. We encourage those travelling from interstate or overseas to purchase insurance for flights and accommodation.

Conditions of Entry
All attendees of MLX are bound by our Code of Conduct (see melbournelindyexchange.com for more information). We reserve the right to deny entry to or remove from our event any person who breaches this Code.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
