CLASS CANCELLATIONS
• Enrolments are assessed by the number of fees paid.
• Any program may be cancelled 3 working days before the start date if the minimum number of paid enrolments has not been received.
• Participants enrolled in a cancelled course will be notified and fully refunded.

REFUNDS
• If a participant withdraws from a course, refund is payable in special circumstances only, and by written application. Once a course has
begun, no refund is possible. A $10.00 administration fee is deducted on all refunds unless Brimbank City Council is liable for
cancellation.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
• No programs are run on Public Holidays

‘Privacy Collection Statement: Personal and health information collected on enrolment forms is used solely for the purpose of participating in the program that you have enrolled in. The personal and/or health information will not be disclosed to any other person unless required by law. You may apply for access and/or make amendment to your personal or health information if required by contacting Council’s FOI Officer in writing.’
