Offer for seminar registrants.
Cecila Castle of Castle Lawyers has generously agreed to conduct a seminar for parishioners of the Diocese of Broken Bay on Wills and Elder Law including Enduring Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships.
Those registered for the event will be able to engage Castle Lawyers to draft, at no cost, one of the following:
a) Standard Will; or
b) Enduring Power of Attorney; or
c) Enduring Guardianship document.
To be eligible for the offer, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. The participant must make a donation of at least $250 to the Pastoral Works Broken Bay fund prior to making the appointment with Castle Lawyers. Donations can be made by credit card at www.bbcatholic.org.au/giving/pastoral-works-broken-bay. Please retain your receipt as evidence of your donation when making your appointment with Cecilia Castle; OR
2. For Standard Wills only, make a bequest to a Catholic Parish of the Diocese of Broken Bay in your Will prepared by Castle Lawyers. This may include a specific dollar amount greater than $1,000, percentage of the estate, residual of the estate, or entire estate.
3. The offer is limited to one standard Will, or Powers of Attorney or Enduring Guardianship document per attendee. Additional fees will be payable for complex documents.
4. Documents must be finalized by 30 September 2025.
5. The offer is subject to available appointments.
6. There is no obligation to take up the above offer. You are still most welcome to attend this seminar.
