TERMS & CONDITIONS
REGISTRATIONS & ATTENDANCE
Please consider your availability before registering. By purchasing a class pass you are committing to attend.
No refunds available. All ticket sales are final.
No credit tickets available for use beyond the Winter Dance Series.
Refunds will only be provided if a class is cancelled by the instructor due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all ticket holders will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Ticket transfers are permitted under the following conditions.
*Attendee Transfer: If you are unable to attend the class or classes you registered for, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. You must notify the instructor at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, so the attendee list can be updated. If notice is not given, the new attendee may be denied entry.
*Class Transfer (for Half Passes and Drop-In Passes only): If you are unable to attend a class you’ve registered for, you may switch to another class within the Winter Dance Series. You must inform the instructor at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled class. If you miss a class without giving prior notice, a transfer may not be granted.
PUNCTUALITY
Each class will commence at 3:30pm sharp on Sundays. To ensure you receive an enjoyable experience and make the most of your time in the dance studio, please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the workshop start time. Late arrivals may miss key elements of the class – which can be disrupting, affect ability to learn the routine effectively, and impacts overall experience. Classes are unable to be extended to accommodate delays. Refunds or partial credits will not be issued for late arrivals.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY & CONTENT USAGE
Photography and videography will be captured throughout the classes for both keepsakes and promotional purposes. Participants may also record using their own devices during the performance section of the classes. Sharing videos on social media is highly encouraged and appreciated! If you prefer not to be filmed or have your photos/videos shared, please inform the team and your request will be accommodated.
LIABILITY
Dance and movement-based activities require physical exertion, and participants are responsible for assessing their own physical capabilities before attending a class. Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may impact participation. Choreography can be modified to accommodate individual needs. The instructor is not liable for any injuries sustained during a class.
