Cancellations & Refunds
Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made 5 or more days prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the ticket price.

Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 5 and 3 days prior to the session will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

No Refund: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur the full ticket price and no refund will be issued.

Ticket Transfers
If your child can no longer attend, tickets may be transferred to another participant (e.g. friend or sibling) at no additional cost. Please notify us of any name changes at least 24 hours prior to the session.

Participation Requirements
All participants must have a Risk Waiver Form signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to the start of the session.
Participants without a completed form will not be permitted to join the activity.

All participants must wear appropriate clothing and enclosed footwear.

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or behavioural considerations during the booking process.

Weather & Program Changes
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances requiring Balance Equestrian to cancel a session, participants will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule.
