Lake Mountain- Season Pass

1. The Season Permit entitles the nominated vehicle resort entry to Lake Mountain
Alpine Resort. The vehicle must have a seating capacity of less than 8 and be privately registered.

2. One registration number only can be nominated per permit (e.g each vehicle requires an exclusive
permit). The permit must be permanently affixed to the nominated vehicle immediately after purchase. The permit must be clearly visible and affixed to the windscreen at all times. Failure to display the permit will result in the issuing of an Infringement Notice.

3. The registration number on the permit must not be altered. No changes will be accepted. The permit is not transferable and if breach of this condition is observed, the permit may be withdrawn without refund.

4. The permit authorises parking for the nominated vehicle only. The vehicle is to be parked as directed by Resort Staff or relevant traffic signs. Vehicles parked incorrectly will be issued with an Infringement notice and/or towed away.

5. Vehicles with a valid season permit entering Lake Mountain Alpine Resort may use the entrance
station express lane, however, must stop for verification by a staff member.

6. Where the car is sold or the windscreen replaced, the permit must be removed, and the parts
(especially the permit number) returned to Lake Mountain Alpine Resort for issue of a replacement. A replacement will only be issued to vehicles registered in the same name of the original permit and proof of ownership via registration papers must be produced (replacement fees may apply).

7. Once a season pass has been purchased, there are no refunds, partial refunds or transfers to future seasons for any reason. (Example, but not limited to poor snow conditions or being unable to attend the resort)

I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the above conditions. Furthermore, I
acknowledge that Lake Mountain Alpine Resort or Alpine Resorts Victoria will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by its (or its servants or agents) negligence. All signs must be observed at all
times (including hours of darkness, no vehicles should be left in any position to cause obstruction. The directions of an Authorised Officer must be promptly obeyed and observed, and all regulations and the Alpine Resorts (Management) Act 1997 must be complied with.

Please Note:
Under the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2020, we are unable to issue a permit for a second vehicle (registered to the same address as the first vehicle) either free of charge or at a discounted rate.
