* All attendees must sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) prior to or upon entry. This is to protect the privacy of any personal or sensitive health information shared during the event, including live case studies and audience contributions.

Ticket Policy:

*Tickets are non-refundable and final unless the event is cancelled.

*Tickets may be transferred to another person with written notice at least 48 hours before the event.

* Early bird pricing is only valid until the date specified and cannot be applied retrospectively.

Event Conduct:

*This is a respectful, educational, and health-focused event. Disruptive behaviour or disrespect toward presenters or other attendees will not be tolerated.

*The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any attendee to leave if conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Photography and Recording:

*No audio or video recording is permitted during the event.
