Fairy Pig – Conditions of Sale
All tickets sold for Fairy Pig events, including those purchased online, are sold subject to the following Conditions of Sale:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges
All ticket sales are final. Fairy Pig (the Promoter) is unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, illness, or non-attendance.

2. COVID-19 Cancellations
If an event is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, affected ticket holders will receive a full refund.

3. Ticketing Platform & Promoter Responsibility
Tickets are sold via TryBooking on behalf of the Promoter. While TryBooking facilitates transactions, the Promoter is solely responsible for the event, including the content of all promotional materials.

4. Program Changes & Artist Substitutions
The Promoter reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised event program without notice.

5. Late Entry & Right of Admission
Late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Venue management and the Promoter reserve the right to refuse entry at their discretion.

6. Force Majeure
If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (e.g. extreme weather, natural disasters, government directives), neither TryBooking nor the Promoter is responsible for arranging replacement services or events.

7. Ticket Resale & Commercial Use
Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, nor used for advertising, promotional, or commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions) without prior written consent from the Promoter. Breach of this condition may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

8. Concessions
Where concession pricing applies, valid proof of entitlement must be presented when collecting tickets and/or upon entry to the event.

9. Photography & Recording
Attendance at any Fairy Pig event constitutes acknowledgement and agreement that attendees may be photographed, filmed and/or sound recorded by the Promoter, accredited media, or other third parties. These recordings may be used for promotional or commercial purposes, including on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

10. Use of Media
Photographs and footage may be shared with third parties for the purpose of promoting future events. While the Promoter uses such content responsibly, it is not responsible for how third parties may subsequently use or reproduce this material.

11. Accessibility
While Fairy Pig aims to ensure events are accessible to all attendees, accessibility may vary depending on the venue and event setup. The Promoter cannot guarantee full accessibility in all cases. Patrons with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact the Promoter in advance via contact@fairypig.me

12. Ticket Delivery & Entry
Tickets are issued via email as PDF files containing a unique barcode. Patrons are requested to present either a printed or digital copy of the ticket for scanning upon entry. To avoid delays at the door, it is recommended that tickets are readily accessible. If a ticket cannot be produced, venue staff may verify the booking using the purchaser’s name or email address.
