TICKETING AND EVENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between GOONDIWINDI AMATEUR PICNIC RACE CLUB (ABN 58 834 436 452) of PO Box 620, Goondiwindi, QLD 4390 (“Goondiwindi Picnic Races”) and the person holding or using a ticket (“Event Ticket”) to the event ‘Goondiwindi Picnic Races’ (“Event”) at Gunsynd Park, Goondiwindi (“Venue”) irrespective of whether the ticket was purchased by the person holding or using the Event Ticket (you or your).

Force Majeure
a) If any part of an event day—including races, performances, scheduled activities, or any other components—is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed, whether in whole or in part, due to adverse weather or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Goondiwindi Picnic Race Club (GPRC), no refunds or exchanges will be provided. The GPRC is not obliged to offer a replacement event, performance, or activity
b) Event programs, timings and durations may change without notice. The GPRC reserves the right to vary, add, withdraw or amend any program, facility or event component at its discretion and without prior notification.
