By attending Unique and Special Property People Meet Ups (the "Event"), you ("Attendee") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

You understand and agree that your attendance at the Event is for informational, educational, networking, or entertainment purposes only. Any decisions you make, actions you take, or outcomes you experience after the Event are solely your responsibility.
2. No Liability for Post-Event Decisions:
All Event Hosts (the "Host"), its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable or responsible in any way for any decisions, actions, or consequences that arise from or are related to your attendance at the Event. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Financial decisions or investments.
• Business decisions or ventures.
• Personal or professional relationships.
• Health-related choices.
• Legal or regulatory compliance.
3. Independent Judgment:
You acknowledge that any information, opinions, or insights shared during the Event are not intended as definitive advice or recommendations. You are solely responsible for evaluating and interpreting such information and for exercising your own independent judgment in making any decisions after the Event.
4. No Endorsement or Guarantee:
The Host does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information, products, services, or individuals presented or discussed at the Event. Your reliance on any such information is at your own risk.
5. Release and Waiver:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge the Host, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with any decisions you make or actions you take after attending the Event.
6. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
7. Acceptance of Terms:
By attending the Event, you signify your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not attend the Event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
