1. The emailed ticket is proof of booking of the specific event and may be requested to present at the time of the event. Attendees are required to check-in with organisers. No booking, no entry rules apply.
2. By booking this ticket and completing your registration, you agree to share your name and email address with the event sponsors, Pixel Medley and Aftershoot. You also consent to being contacted by them for marketing purposes and to receive information about their products and services.
3. The ticket is non-transferable and only one entry is valid per ticket purchased.
4. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
5. Pogigraphy and Pixel Medley reserve the right to refuse entry.
6. Tickets have been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

8. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at any price. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
9. Any attendees who are noisy, drunk, threatening, or unruly will be asked to leave the photowalk.
10. Pixel Medley has all rights to film, photo, and video production of this event.
11. Your data will also be used for communication purposes, namely the Pixel Medley and Aftershoot email lists. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button or contacting us at hello@pixelmedley.com.
12. If, for any reason, you are no longer able to attend the event, please CANCEL YOUR TICKET so the spot opens up to our waiting list.
13. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified via email.
