Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
Each ticket admits one (1) attendee.
Tickets are non-transferable without prior notice to the organiser.
Entry is subject to capacity limits; please arrive early to secure your seat.
2. Conduct & Behaviour
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour (including heckling, shouting, or interrupting) will result in removal from the venue.
All participants agree to abide by the event’s Code of Conduct, including non-discrimination, inclusivity, and constructive engagement.
3. Recording & Photography
This event may be photographed or recorded. Attendance implies consent for your image or voice to be used in event coverage and post-event materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please advise the organiser upon entry.
4. Political Materials
No political signs, props, placards, or branded campaign merchandise are permitted inside the venue.
5. Right to Refuse Entry
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals at their discretion for safety, capacity, or behavioural reasons.
6. Accessibility & Support
Please advise the organisers in advance if you require accessibility support or have specific seating or attendance needs.
7. Cancellation or Change
The organisers reserve the right to alter the program, venue, or schedule in response to unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be communicated via email or social media.
